Calibration Information

Current TCM calibration information (i.e calibration setting) can be displayed using the Calibration Information button.

#Pre-5th Gen Calibration Information

1). Connect ALLISON Transmission using Allison DOC Software. Read More: How to Connecting ALLISON Transmission using ALLISON DOC Software.

2). Select Calibration Information button.

3). The Calibration Information window for the Transmission type displays.

The TCM Calibration Information displays data in 5 sections:

Customer Modifiable Constant (CMC) - displays current values/states/thresholds of those parameters to which the Transmission would react, and that the user (with the proper authorization) could change or modify.
Torque Converter Temperature - displays information related to Torque Converter Temperature model information (only displayed for 1000/2000 Product Families with Allison 4th Generation Control systems, MY10 and later).
Calibration - displays static data describing both software and hardware installation.
SEM/LRTP and Autodetect Information - displays information related to Shift Energy Management (SEM), Low Range Torque Protection (LRTP), and Autodetect information.
Input/Output Functions and Signal Information - displays I/O functions and signal states (refer to Data Monitor section).

#5th Gen Calibration Information

1). Select Calibration Information button.

2). The Calibration Information window for the Transmission type displays (as Figure 1.1 above).

The TCM Calibration Information displays data in 5 sections:

Customer Modifiable Constant (CMC) - displays current values/states/thresholds of those parameters to which the Transmission would react, and that the user (with the proper authorization) could change or modify.
Torque Converter Temperature - displays information related to Torque Converter Temperature model information (only displayed for 1000/2000 Product Families with Allison 5th Generation Control systems, MY10 and later).
Calibration - displays static data describing both software and hardware installation.
Input/Output - displays I/Os that can be changed in reprogramming.
Input/Output Functions and Signal Information - displays I/O functions and signal states (refer to Data Monitor section).

5th Gen Additional Calibration Information

The Additional Calibration Information displays data in 2 sections:

Read Only Calibration Information/Constants - displays current values/states/thresholds of those parameters to which the Transmission would react, and that the user cannot modify.
SEM/LRTP and Engine Torque Information - displays information related to Shift Energy Management (SEM), Low Range Torque Protection (LRTP), and Engine Torque Information.
