Setting FLUIDWELL Pump Rate Display

FLUIDWELL F012-P (Rate/ Totalizer)

On the pump rate display, set the following parameters as listed per the manufacturers instructions, usually using for Single Pump on Oilfield Services;

For TOTAL:

- Set UNIT parameter to bbl

- Set DECIMALS parameter to 111111.1

- Set K-FACT to 5554.430 for plunger size 4.5in FE*

- Set K-FACT dECS to 0

*This is calculated by the formula:

(#MPU TEETH X DRIVELINE RPM) / BPM, with values taken from the pump schedule.

For FLOWRATE:

- Set UNIT parameter to bbl

- Set TIME parameter to MIN

- Set DECIMALS parameter to 111111.1

- Set K-FACT to 5554.430 for 4.5in FE*

- Set K-FACT dECS to 0

- Set CALCULATE parameter to 1

- Set CUT-OFF to 0.1 

For DISPLAY:

- Set FUNCTION to TOTAL

- Set BACKLIGHT to OFF (or GREEN/ AMBER)

For POWERMAN:

- Set LCD NEW to FAST

- Set BATTMODE to OPERATE

For FLOWMETER:

- Set SIGNAL to NPN LP
