1). Connecting to the system in the SAM diagnostic connector (X4), with Ixxat USB-to-CAN v2 and DiaSys software.

2). On the Available Functions menu, click on the Logfiles...

→Provides an overview of all available logfiles.

3). Open Error logfile button

→Opens a window to display error messages (Error logfile) in chronological order. The Error logfile includes error messages which occurred after the last deletion of the error storage.

→Click on the Show button.

4). Chronological Error Recorder display.

→Crankcase Pressure Sensor defect, or

→Short circuit or cable breakage

5). Check Sensor and Cable (B50), if necessary replace it.

→Measuring the sensor voltage (5Vdc/OK), and Pull-up voltage (13Vdc/OK)

→Replace the sensor, with P/N 003-535-223.

6). Delete Error Logfile

→Deletes the error messages stored in the governor.

→Back to Logfiles menu (refer to Figure 1.3 above), then open Delete error logfile

→Choose Instantly or After Restart.
