Run Mode Lubrication Controller GLC 4400

Pada saat Power Supply Controller (9-30VDC) baru di-ON-kan (Start awal), akan ditampilkan Identification Screen seperti Gambar dibawah:


A - Display Contrast Adjustment (tombol UP DOWN)
B - Backlight Brightness Adjustment (tombol LEFT RIGHT)
C - Software (Part Number)
D - Software Version

Berikut contoh Run Mode Screen pada Lubrication Controller GLC 4400:
 
A - Operating Mode Identification (Pump On/Pump Off)
B - Time Counter (Actual Setting waktu hitung mundur - Pump On/Pump Off)
C - Progression Bar (Real-time, representasi visual dari waktu yang telah berjalan - berhubung dengan B)
D - Total Time (Total jumlah waktu dari Pump On/Pump Off)

•Prelube Power Up

-Tampilan pada layar display jika Setting Delay - ON (Power Up), setelah konfigurasi waktu Delay berakhir, display akan menampilkan waktu Pump On.

•Pump On Ended by Time
 
A - Pump On LED (Yellow) akan menyala sampai konfigurasi waktu berakhir.
C - Pump On Icon Display.
D - Timer Icon Display (Timer Mode).

•Pump On Ended by Pressure
 
A - Pump On LED (Yellow) akan menyala sampai konfigurasi waktu berakhir (Set Pressure 2500 PSi tercapai).
B - Cycle LED (Yellow) akan menyala ketika ada input dari Pressure Switch, dan akan otomatis memutus waktu Pump On.
C - Pump On Icon Display.
D - Pressure Mode Icon.

•Pump On Ended by Cycle
 
A - Pump On LED (Yellow) akan menyala sampai setting-an cycle berakhir.
B - Cycle LED (Yellow) akan menyala ketika Cycle Switch diaktifkan.
C - Pump On Icon Display.
D - Cycle Count Mode Icon.
E - Cycle Indicator Bar, display representasi visual dari Cycle Switch yang sedang berjalan.

•Pump Off Ended by Time

A - Pump Off LED (Yellow) akan menyala sampai konfigurasi waktu berakhir.
C - Pump Off Icon Display.
D - Timer Icon Display (Timer Mode).

•Alarm Screen

-Untuk menghilangkan Alarm, tekan dan tahan tombol RESET (selama 3 detik).
#List Alarm Display
-Low Level Alarm (if equipped)

Icon ditampilkan pada layar display, mengindikasikan Grease Level pada kondisi Low.
-Pressure Mode Error

Icon ditampilkan pada layar display, jika signal dari Pressure Switch belum diterima oleh Lubrication Controller, dan waktu Pump On telah berakhir.
-Cycle Switch Input Error

Icon ditampilkan pada layar display, jika signal dari Cycle Switch belum diterima oleh Lubrication Controller, dan waktu Pump On telah berakhir.
